München - Inzell/ Siegsdorf
From the A8 motorway, take the exit before Salzburg to Inzell/Siegsdorf and head towards Inzell, then continue through Lofer to Saalfelden. At the first roundabout, turn left to Maria Alm.
Salzburg - Bischofshofen
From Salzburg continue on the A10 to Bischofshofen, then head towards St. Johann, continue through Zell am See to Saafelden. At the first roundabout, turn right to Maria Alm.
HOW TO GET
HINTERMOOS - BACHWINKL 34
Video with arrival to the parking place. Attention, in case of unloading the luggage, continue straight!
Upon arrival to Maria Alm, continue straight along the main road (B164), towards Hintermoos (Dienten-Hinterthal) to Schwarzeck-Sesselbahn. Turn right immediately after the sign to Hintermoos Bachwinke.
Then continue straight, take the ski bridge
(in winter it is advisable to stop and attach snow chains in case if your car doesn't have have a Four-wheel drive).
Continue straight to the crossroads, turn right (towards Bachwinkl), continue onto the bridge and across the stream. After the bridge, turn left and continue straight ahead. Continue straight up the hill (you will ascend about 200 meters), and after 500 meters you will see another crossroads and a small chapel in front of you.
Turn right before the chapel (Bachwinkl 32-96), and the first turning on the right is the entrance to the private car park.
ARRIVAL - BACHWINKL 34
If you want to unload your luggage, you can stop in front of the main entrance. In this case, do not drive to the parking lot but continue straight ahead, after 80 meters turn right towards the main entrance to the house.

Instructions for arrival will be provided by e-mail. The keys will be provided either through a safety deposit box or by the property manager. If you receive the keys through the safety deposit box, you will obtain the PIN code for the safety deposit box in the instructions or in the SMS message. The safety deposit box is located near the main entrance, where the keys will be issued after entering the PIN code.
Upon arrival, it is possible to use the luggage trolleys which fit into the elevator. Accommodation is usually in weekly intervals.
Apartment cleaning and other services are charged.
The registration form must be completed before arrival. Guest registration is used to register tourist tax. Tax must be paid before arrival.
