OVERVIEW
Apartment 2 + kk (60m2) and 20m2 terrace. Apartment has two separate rooms. The apartment is suitable not just only for families but also for two adult couples. The large terrace is oriented to the southeast and is accessible from both rooms. The apartment is completely renovated, there are new plasters, floors, ceilings, kitchen, comfortable sofa, dining table, solid wooden beds, mattresses, built-in wardrobes and much more. Large living room with a dining area, bedroom with well designed sleeping space for you and your children. The built-in wardrobes will take care of your stuff and you will appreciate the sophisticated heating system especially for drying vet clothing or just for pleasant late evenings.
Every morning you will start with a wonderful view to the Hochkönig massif. Children can play in the meadow in front of the house.
The closest restaurant is at the Hotel Handlerhof, which is about 5 minutes by walk. If you wish, you can visit the Wiesenstadl Maria Alm restaurant, which is located directly on the ski slope, just 15-minute walk from the apartment.

Comfort
The incredible view from the sofa to the mountain massif is a relaxing sight in winter and even in summer. That's why we thought about the comfortable sofa.
Well-equipped kitchen
The kitchen was carefully designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Everything is well organised. All pots, pans, dining sets, plates, mugs, glasses are hidden in cabinets, cutlery and knives in drawers.
Beds for restful sleep
For a good night's sleep, you don't need only a good mattres but also a high-quality bed. We did not want to make compromises and therefore we bought a new beds which are made of solid wood. Their robust construction will ensure unobstructed and quality sleep.
Wardrobes to store your stuff
The space is design with high effectiveness. The storage space is well organized for all members of the apartment. We chose a built-in wardrobe that offer a simple and quick organization of stored items that are quickly accessible whenever it is needed.
Bathroom
The design meets the demands of modern bathroom equipment, sink of strictly geometric shapes for everyday use, hanging toilet. The shower area offers sufficient space. Bathroom heating is provided by a traditionally radiator with thermal regulation. Large mirror with LED illumination is a standard equipment.
Pool with mountain views
You will enjoy a relaxation after a long day in the indoor 20-meter pool. The swimming pool is free and is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. The water temperature is about 28 degrees, the air temperature is 31 degrees. Massage jets are located at the pool staircase. The pool is located on the same floor as an apartment, just 30 steps from the apartment.
Washing machine & dryer
It's possible to use a common self-service laundry. The laundry can be found on the 3rd floor of the apartment house, where you can wash and dry your laundry. There are two washing machines and one dryer. Laundry costs is 3 EUR per a wash.
Spacious ski room
Bikes, skis and ski boots can be stored in the spacious ski storage room on the first floor. There is also basic equipment for adjusting skis.
